Welcome...sorry we had to meet over these circumstances. I would definitely use bio-spira to kick start your good bacteria. I would grab a bucket of salt because there may be a bunch of water changes in your near future. What kind of filtration do you have going on?

Looks like a good nice chunk of cured Live Rock, maybe add a bit more cured live rock, it already has the necessary bacteria to take care of your water without chemicals.
