Hi everyone
I started in, I think in 2004 with a 10 gallon; then moved up to a 40 gallon quickly. I had to take a break in 2008 and then started up a 10 gallon about a year and a half ago before moving up to what I have now: a 60 gallon cube.

It's got a ways to go before it fills out.

What's not shown in the pictures: I've since updated the wire organization and replaced the eheim 1260, with a laguna powerjet 1300. I'm also dosing Calk and Alk also (not pictured).

it's a bit bare, but i hope the coraline and acros will grow in soon. the green coraline is taking off, and it hasn't even been that long.

will keep updating!

FTS May 15th 2013

- I added a set of LEDs from rapidled.com . I attached them to my old PFO hood that I was using. 10 RBs and 2 RBs with 80 degree optics. They gave me a great deal. In the interest of transparency, the owners are friends of mines also.
- I hate it, but it was necessary: I made a screen / net to prevent jumpers. I lost one of my chromis and one false perc of 7 years the other day. Rest in peace =(

thanks! it's getting there.

The coraline hasn't taken off as fast as I would like. I think I've got to up my mag dosage.

it seems like snake oil at times, but i have also used purple up in addition to high magnesium doses...and it definitely helped speed up coraline growth.

How high was your mag before you think it made a difference?
