I can’t for the life of my figure this out

I have spent hours trying to figure out what this is but I have finally turned to the forum for help
It’s like light brown fuzzy stuff on the rocks and on my filter
My best guess is dinos but I have no clue
Could be short byropsis as I do have a bit of long byropsis that I cut off last week

i can’t scrub on the rock properly as I can’t get the rock out of my tank but it comes off the filet with a blade/sponge pretty easy
Do you think an urchin would help ?

Yes, urchins would definitely help. Turbo snail as well. fluconazole will also work if you want to take the chemical route.
