I can't seem to get nutrients in sync

I have been having this issue for quite some time, and it's starting to really show. A few months ago, my phosphates were at 2 while my nitrates were also at 2. I ignored it with the advice "don't chase numbers" and "if the corals look happy"... well, that doesn't seem to be very good advice. I now have dino issue, my corals' polyps are thin. Some of my easy keeper SPS corals are bleaching. About 3 weeks ago, I started dosing NeoNitro once every couple of days and adding Redsea's AB+. This seems to have helped a little. My corals are looking bushier, but not quite like they used to be. Plus, there has been absolutely no growth. I tested again today, and here are the result.

Phos: 0.01
dKH: 9.2
pH: 8.3
Calcium: 450
Magnesium (too high to be readable on both Salifert and Hanna)

As you can see, the phosphates and nitrates have only gone down. I don't have any algae in the tank. I removed the Chaeto over a month ago. I only run the protien skimmer during the day (8am-8pm). Lights are on from 8am-6pm. I dose All-for-Reef. I also would say I over feed. Should I up my NeoNitro dosing using a dosing pump? And should I start dosing phosphate as well?

Feeding more might be the easiest option, but dosing N and P is inexpensive and not difficult. I recommend food grade supplements, but neonitro is ok.
