Does anyone know what this is? Just saw it while I was looking over my Zoas. To me it looks like a richordea growing.

Anything to worry bout with this little guy or good to leave and watch. I just watched something on tidal gardens about one that gets big and could eat a fish the size of a tang or butterfly
