Hopefully Hanna will be able to provide a digital nitrate tester soon! The maple syrup grader is a colorimeter which seems like a straight forward test. Hanna also has a digital brix meter (to test sugar content) and pH meter that are also both focused on maple syrup testing and also both seem to be a lot more straight forward than testing for a specific anion - but, like you, I still have my fingers crossed!

I thought it to be fake bc the labeling is fake bc the words are too squared up in the 2 dimensions. The words aren't angled and molded to the CURVES of the device.
