I don't care if your underpaid or don't like your job. Everyone IN AMERICA chooses what they do for a living. I'f you don't like what you do for a living then don't do it. Don't make the rest of us suffer because you can't do the job that you choose to do.

The ironic thing, because it is America the level of entitlement people have severely decreases motivation. Many countries lack labor laws, which dramatically changes attitude towards work. Some of the best employees I have worked with were from a country that lacked a stable economy. The best was from the previous Soviet Union. They understand the intrinsic value of a 'good job'. Labor laws are important and allow stability for many families, but also have some negative consequences. Here everyone feels it is their right to fall into a job that will take care of them in every way financially. Most people don't feel they have to earn it. I have had doctors to high school dropouts work for us, and typically the less educated someone is the more entitled they are. You would be surprised how many resumes we receive of individuals that never kept a job for more than 6 months. Their change of employment was rarely due to termination. It was 'grass is greener' mentality. If you had 6 separate jobs in the last 3 years than most likely a company looking for long term employees will not consider you. I agree with the fact people should not work in an industry they have very low competence in, but unfortunately there is a large group of individuals that lack competence in skills that most employers are looking for. I am not referring to a high skill set, but literally the skill of showing up everyday and on time.

FedEx is a absolute joke. I woke up early waiting for $1k worth of torch to be delivered before heading to work. Open garage n front door patiently waiting. After it didn’t show before the 10:30 am mark I decided to go to work n holy hell I see the box in my garage. Like wtheck why couldn’t you have left it in front of my door

So many frustrating delivery stories...
