I've only been in this hobby for 8 months, but I can remember 12 years ago seeing my first saltwater tank, and just wanting one so bad. It took a lot of convincing, and a lot of begging, but the wife let me get into it; and now I'm addicted, and have my 75 gallon, and another 60 gallon frag tank it can only get bigger. laugh out loud.

75 gallon mixed reef, only been up since march, but seeing amazing results with target feeding reef roids, and phyto.

Are those the Mars aqua lights? Looks good! What circulating pumps are you using? Jebao rw-4?

There not Mars aqua, but yes Chinese black boxes. And yes jebao pump, they seem to do okay, but I am hoping to upgrade.

Here are a few updates of what my 75 gallon looks like at this moment. don't mind the cloudy water, just did a water change today. Also are some pics of my frag system that's only 2 months old, still going through new tank syndrome on it, but frags are growing like crazy in it.

Good deal! I'm hoping to get me a 75g this weekend!!
I wish I would have gotten one with a overflow in the beginning, or drilled mine. Now I'm afraid to change it. To much money in it already.

Oh wow that's not drilled at all? Sumpless? The one I might be getting is pre drilled already with an overflow box! I won't set up another larger system without a sump. I have a 40g breeder with a sump then down sized to a 20g long without a sump and I hate it! Lol

So an update on my 75 gallon. I did not have the money to by an expensive sump, so I built one out of a 20L and built a homade overflow box, and return. Costed me altogether around $75. Glad I did it, and functioning great.
