Welcome @Theo2012 to R2R.

Let's start out by finding out a little info.

How old is the tank?
What are your parameters...specifically nitrates and phosphates?
Are you using RO/DI water in your tank?
What do you have to export nutrients....skimmer, water changes, refugium, carbon dosing, etc?

Nitrates is 0 ppm. The tank has been running for a little over three years. I use pre mixed water from Petco. With water changes every two to three weeks. I use RO to top off. The light is not sure I got it from a friend. And my salt level is in between 1.028 and 1.030

Are you tracking phosphates? Also, how are you measuring your nitrates? How much and of what are you feeding?

Small tanks can be tricky. Too much food.... from fish that sometimes look like they are "Starving" can wreak havoc on your nutrients. You may think about reducing by 2/3 the amount you feed. It shouldn't impact your clowns. Also, how long are you running your lights? I don't see a lot of coral... If you don't have a lot, reducing your light period may be helpful... if no corals, even a period of blackout could also help.

The light has a solor cycle and a moon cycle I only have a small amount of coral. I am sure this is bad but I have never checked the phosphates

Do you have a LFS near you? Bring them a water sample. I’d do a 50% wc and add some RODI to get back to 1.025 and just back in range with your macro elements since you have coral.
