What phone/platform are you using to post the pictures. Tapatalk recently did away with that in an update that was very quickly fixed by doing the next update. If its tapatalk check and see if there is an update available for it.

In the mean time, open a photobucket account and upload in there. Then you can post the image code in your text.

Dang. I have no experience with them. Try deleting and downloading the app again to see if that fixes it.
