I placed an order, #3528, and got confirmation on September 18 , any updates on its status or delay?

I had an order with them back in August and they still haven't shipped it. Responded to me at the beginning of September with a shipping label but nothing since then.

Would love to figure out what happening over there. I wasn't in any hurry to get what I ordered but it's a little ridiculous at this point

Yeah, I ordered 2 K7 Pro III as well on last 9/23. Yet still did not receive any email or reply back from them. I'll give them another 48 hours, then I'll file charge back with paypal.

Has @noopsyche been responsive to email inquiries or tags? We used to have a US person handling orders/deliveries, but not sure if anyone is doing that now.

Trsc aquatics is supposed to be handling the shipping in the us, but they list them as out of stock on their website. Not sure if they are handling the customer service part of it or just order fulfillment. As much as I love my noop’s, I’m not recommending them any longer and planning on going with something else in the future because of the lack of customer service and shipping issues.

I just measured PAR on my 1-2 yr old Noop mini (not sure which is which), and it read at only 50 on PARwise where I was expecting at least 100, preferably 150. I don't know if this is a durability issue or something else. I will probably pass and go with a different light.

I ordered on Sept 22 and have not received any updates either. I emailed them and have had no response. I have an email tracking extension that allows me to see when my email has been opened by the recipient. Noopsyche had read my email 3 days after I sent it, without bothering to respond

I saw that TRSC is the US vendor in one of the forums through @Asonitez post. I dm'd him but no response either

I’m going to give mine another day or two, but then I’ll likely do the same. Dang shame. At least there’s comfort in knowing I’m not the only one having trouble with @noopsyche

Yeah I was about to give them 2 days or so, but if a company pretty much ignores everyone for more than a week, they don't deserve to have that chance.

I’d go ahead and start that chargeback. It takes over 3 weeks for PayPal to finalize. I ordered lights on the 17th and still nothing other than an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with the status of “Label has been created”.

My lights are actually on the way now! Got the shipping confirmation and they are supposed to be here Monday. I would reach out to TRSC Aquatics and see if they can ship you some. They have a batch coming on Thursday from when I was talking to the owner. Seems like a great guy.

Yes I did, if I had a do over I’d have ordered from TRSC though
