I was hoping the added CUC would get to what was under the Cyanobacteria before it grew back. I will keep blowing it off for now with water changes until I catch up. I can do this longer than the red stuff can hold on.

To be clear. I am not interested in any chemical treatment. I know it works for some, but the less I do now the better.

I never expected you to give up, but I do know how disheartening it is to lose anything. I try to avoid chemical solutions as well. I find it frequently just causes other issues.

Tank was up to 82*F when I got home this AM. Usually around 79-80*F. First day with a second unit. AC is adjusted. Cyanobacteria has not yet returned, but I am ready for it.

When it rains it pours, I hit a recent snag with my tank as well Reefing is a exercise in patience, as you said things will improve in time, nothing but a small bump in the road

Around 2 ppm and 0.04 ppm respectively.
