I think my sps spawned in my tank!

Have you ever heard of this before? I have countless really small hard coral like substances growing everywhere in my tank now. Some are actually starting to branch! I think its my pink birds nest that did it. When I touch them the polyps retract and they really look like coral. I picked one off and it really looks like coral. Here are some pics...

This one is branching, its not attached to the bigger coral beside it and it's not a frag that encrusted, totally separate. There are 4 of these surrounding this coral but this is the best pic...

Do u have any color wise of pocillipora in estate?
That looks more like pocillipora than birdsnest, also it s the one common pieces to spawn in aquarium I ve seen.

I do, I have purple, pink and green pocillipora actually so it could be...

Pocillopora can reproduce via polyp bail out. Pocillopora is a hardy, and attractive sps, but because the coral can spread profusely via polyp bail out I will not keep it.

My pocci has about 6 babies around my tank. And 1 of them is 1" under water line where the mother colony is 4 ft away from it and 10" lower.

Agreed with above. Very common for pocci. I have a bunch that began as one polyp. I still keep some because it tends to lose battles with my other corals. But as they get bigger I sell/give away to limit the polyp bail out that goes on.

My green pocci does that once in a while. If a new frag starts growing somewhere I don't want it I just put coral color 2 part epoxy over it.
