I have no doubt really….that they are the feared bristle worms.

But honestly I’ve never had an issue

I’m more careful when I pick things up…and yes I do this with no gloves

Most of those ones in the cup came from pulling rocks with corals that were still suffering from the tank issues and dipping them in iodine. Go figure bristle worms don’t like it and run from the rocks and the frags
