Now I am currently choosing medicine for prevention in my tank. I have two choices. seachem ParaGuard and cupramrine. I have 1 hermit crab, 1 snail, 1 dotted moon crab , 2 ordinary clownfish, 2 black ones, 1 emperor angelfish. It Is a fish only tank. Can you guys suggest which one I shall buy?

Paraguard (like any reef safe ich med) is virtually useless against marine ich. Copper is the best method, but is toxic to inverts. If you want to treat the fish, they would all have to be quarantined and treated and the tank should remain fishless for 60 days.

So can I just take my inverts out and put the medicine in the main tank.

no, never put medicine in the main tank, you move everything to a hospital tank and you medicate the hospital tank.

I also heard that emperor angelfishes are sensitive to copper. If that is true what can I do?

An option is to pull all inverts and treat with hyposalinity - inverts just have to be held out of the tank for 60 days. All new fish should be quarantined.
Copper is not advised to be treated in the display tank as rocks and sand absorb it, making dosing tricky (and has long term toxicity to inverts).

If you're hinting that you have ich already, you need to QT the fish and do a proper fallow period to eradicate it. If you're just trying to prevent ich, keep your fish as healthy as possible and QT all new fish

I will want to prepare for ich management but now I didn’t have ich in my tank. Just a precaution. So is there also medicine for ich prevention?
Coppersafe which is a chelated form of copper is good ran for 30 days. The level of 2.25-2.5 should be monitored by a reliable copper test kit such as hanna brand and maintained at that level. Coppersafe is a treatment which prevents ich cycle from progressing.
Another method is Hyposalinity where you run the Quarantine tank at salt level 1.009 for 30 days

So can I also use cupramrine?

Yes. It’s an ionic form of copper and can be a little more potent and has a max treatment level of.5 instead of 2.5 with chelated form
