This orange thing is in my rock and I think I saw it crawling the other day sort of like a snail it’s bright so I noticed it immediately but it hasn’t moved all day (night pick of it right now)

The image is quite blurry making it difficult to identify but if it actually crawled it could be a flatworm. Most of them are not welcome in reef tanks. If you have a pipette you can try to gently blow some water at it to see if it moves again.
