Has anyone found a way to diy an ice cap gyres or a DCT/DCS or the newest jebo return pumps to be controlled by APEX?

No, the only way they can be controlled by the APEX is by purchasing the modules for each pump type.

They don't make an adapter/module for the dct/dcs. That's why I'm asking

That is because the motor drive is in the controller on the new pumps. On the old pumps the motor drive was in the pump. Any adapter to replace the Jebao controller would have to also include the motor drive circuit. This would require several different adapters as the motor drive is not the same for all the new pumps.
