Ice Cap pro algae scrubber lights not working

I have a Ice Cap Pro algae scrubber and the light’s are not working, one side is out and the other side is blinking, any help would be much appreciated

I’m having the same issue. Mines not even 2 months old. Wonder if That’s quality issue. Did u guys get replacement from coralvue ?

I tried plugging it into different outlet, checked all wires if it was kinked or damaged, nothing seamed wrong.
