Recirculating my co2 scrubber

Hello. New to the r2r community. I have an ice cap medium scrubber and curve 5 skimmer. I was wondering how to recirculate the scrubber wit the skimmer. Trying not to burn through the media. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I bought an attachment for my skimmer from fish of hex to do my recirculating. Seems like he still has the site going. Link to what I think both of you might be looking for
