Ice tort, anybody got one?

I received mine from a trade and now the contact info I have is no good. I have had it for a few months color looks fine just no growth except a little spill on the plug in one small spot (less then a quarter inch by quarter inch).
When I first put it in after a few days it perked up with really good PE and now over time the PE has been almost nonexistent.
So my question is if you have one what are the characteristics of this species of acro? What should I expect from growth/ Polyp Extension?
Where in your tank is your located?
Also could there be a different demand then other acros for nutrients/ elements?
Here's my levels cause I know someone will ask.
Ph-8.1w/or lights 8.2 w/lights on
Alk 3.5 meq
Cal 420
Mag 1385
Phosphate undetected- seachem
Nitrate <10
S/G 1.025
Alk and calcium supplement BRS on doser.
BB 90Gal dt with 20 gal sump
Curve 7 skimmer
Blow out rocks once a week and 15 gal water change on weekend with water dosed up to match system water.
Also all other acro looking great and growing fine.

I had one years ago, and from memory I don't recall it having much polyp extension, but I have to caveat my memory isn't great. I would reach out to ORA, I would bet they will tell you their experience.
