Icecap 3k flow adjustment?

Hello everyone, I just got this pump in the mail last night. Put it in my 50 cube this morning and it rocks. It rocks a little to much, and that's my question. Does anyone have experience adjusting the flow on these?

It's the gyre, and I have it set on the pulsating mode rt now. So pulsing at 10% and 50%.
