Ich after 10 days ?

I’m in day 10 of my quarantine process and I am still seeing ich on both tangs. I have been using copper power at 2.5ppmand daily testing with Hanna checker. Also in the last two days my yellow tang has developed a swollen eye and fuzzy lips.
Is this normal to still see ich on day 10 ?
Can I treat medication during copper treatment to help with the yellow tang bacteria infections?

You might want to post some pics under white lights to help with the diagnosis. This doesn't sound like ich.
