Ich and/or Infection?

I bought a Tomini Tang 4 days ago. After I bought it, I noticed a couple of faint light areas on it side. I left it for a few days to see if it was just stress. It's gotten worse. I did a fresh water dip this evening and I didn't see anything drop off of the fish. There are a few white things in the bucket but they are the size of a grain of sand. From images I've seen on the internet, I don't think those are flukes. I got a video and images a good as I could after I did the fresh water dip. I'm thinking that it's Ich (and maybe secondary infection) but would like someone else's opinion. Here are a couple of photos and a video. There is a lot of debris in the water so I circled the spots.

Definitely looks like Ich to me but what could be falling off idk.
