Ich on clown?

Is this ich on my clown? I just noticed it today. It seems fine. Swimming eating etc. all other fish have no signs of ich. If it is what is the best way to go about treating considering I have a mixed reef with many coral and inverts? TIA.

Hadn’t heard of Lympho until today. Sounds fairly harmless. I’ll keep an eye on it to see if it grows or changes. Thanks!
