I’m 90% sure my timini tang has ich but can you guys confirm it? Attached are photos of him. He’s new to the tank and has been harassed by my yellow tang lately. He’s eating well and no signs of illness. But I’ll start copper tx once confirmed. HopefulThanks

Im not convinced ich as ich will move every 24 hours. See if it does. Im thinking mucus cones which derive from skin irritation and sometimes mixed in with ich or previous copper exposure.
Generally A copper treatment will address this at therapeutic level 2.25 - 2.5 but see if the dots increase first before resorting to treatment

The white spots have been at the same area for about 5 days now. I will take more pics in two days, so I can compare them. Thank you!

The spots also seem localized, while ich spots are usually more randomly spread around on the fish. I think these could be scraped scales from fighting.

Still - new fish that haven't gone through quarantine commonly develop disease issues, so depending on your circumstances, you might want to treat it....

It’s been three days since coppersafe, and he still has the same white dots in the same area. More defined. He’s still eating actively and swims well.

Yes, as I mentioned, localized whiter spots like this are not ich. Still, complete the treatment to help ensure it doesn't have some other issue going on.....
