ICH or Fluke? HELP ID

Hi,
I am stocking 2x 180 gallon aquariums and I am currently having an out break. I have a hippo tang and powder blue tang that clearly showing symptoms that are getting worse. The hippo looks like it has ich as he has white spots that are clearly visible. Power blue doesn't show white spot but elongated over bumps on his body (like pox in human) that giving a appearance of flukes. I am confused if he has body flukes or just ich embedded under skin that are ready to burst open. I have tried to get some pics. Thanks a lot for any help.

It does not look like Ich - curious - what other fish do you have? How long have these been in the tank. What are your water parameters? Did you QT with a protocol using prazipro?

Based on size and location (pics are fuzzy), appears to be mucus cones. Flukes you rarely if ever see and there are noticeable habits not mentions. These cones are often associated with skin irritations and mixed in with ich and coincidentally these two fish are candidates for this issue.
Is breathing normal or elevated?
Please post video using white light intensity of at least 20 second play time

One key is too look for spots on the fins - ich will settle on the fins, flukes really don’t. Then, ich spots will change location every 24 to 72 hours, and also change in relative numbers.

This looks too deep seated to be ich or flukes. They might be digenean trematodes, or even turbellarian worms. Formalin dips work well, but that is difficult to source.
Praziquantel doesn’t work well on encysted parasites.

Tank is 2 months old. I have 4 tangs, copperband butterfly, 4 clown fish, 1 wrasse. I have no clean up crew or invertebrates as I was planning on doing hyposalanity incase something like this happened as I am stocking. Fish were quarantine for observation, freshwater dips and copper as needed. All fish did not get copper treatment as I got them from a local store that claim they quarantine for 2 weeks. So I just observed them for a while and gave everyone a freshwater dip every few days..

Yes they are breathing and eating as normal. I will get a video and update my post.

the one lump on the tail fin of one of them seemed odd - almost like an internal lymphocystis so to say.

FW dips can help, and if the it does, then that points to it being an encysted worm of some sort - but FW dips don’t work as well as formalin does for these.
