Ick or another parasite ?

I woke up this morning to a small white dash or two on my morish idol, then when I get off work I notice there’s more it seems like along with small hints of white on the find of my two tangs fins ... what do I do? I’m very novice and have read so many ways to treat but I’m not positive it’s ick....

If it looks like salt grains- Ick. if it looks more like dashes- Velvet.
Add liquid vitamins such as Selcon and garlic extract to its' food. Copper is most effective treatment with angels, but verify it is Parasitical Before using copper.
