The "best" solution imo would be to remove all fish and treat with preferably CP or copper in a QT and leave the DT fishless for 76 days. If that's not a possibility you could look into ich management.

The bottom line is that there is no reef-safe ich treatment. There are only 2 chemical treatments that are actually effective with cryptocaryon irritans - copper/chelated copper and chloroquine phosphate. Both are deadly to invertebrates.Whats the best solution to get rid of ick, need something that's reef safe?
