Is this amount like a 5 alarm fire? Or, more like I burnt popcorn in the microwave.

My system has 2 sumps. Somehow I had a 2 foot T5 fixture fall in my sump for a couple days. I also had a power supply (not plugged in) fall in the same sump. It could have been there a week or two. I had surgery and wasn’t paying super attention to my system. I have stuff to absorb metals that I’m going to go cut and put in my bubble trap.

You should be fine, expect maybe some snails to die and perhaps the most senesitive corals at most. That copper translates into the billions and not ppm. Seawater have between 0.2-2 ug/l yours is 5.5 = 0.00055 mg/l in contrast when doing a Copper treatment of fish you have 0.15000-0.25000 mg/l (1.5-2.5ppm)

I agree it is not a big problem. I’ve had copper higher in my old tank without apparent issue.

I might run a metal binder for a bit. Metasorb, polyfilter, cuprisorb, etc.
