@Fauna Marin Hello, what's the current turn around time for ICP test results? My sample was delivered on 08/21 but I still haven't received the result email. I sent out an email asking for this matter a couple days ago through the contact link but no response so far. Any ideas?

Had to wait I think 2-3 weeks for mine. Yeah communication was an issue but it worked out eventually

It used to not take that long after delivery to get results. It'd have been fine if they would just reply to emails.

I think there is a big misunderstanding with ICP. No matter where you make it all are regarded as the same product. This is wrong. It would be the same if you say all salts are the same only because it is called salt. There are many differneces in the ICP. For example if you need 48h service ICP1999 is not the right product. Then it makes sense to buy the more expansive ICP.
All ICP are different. The hardware is different. The measure method is different. The calibration is different. The education of the people running the hardware is different. So what you should do is to decide what is important for you when you buy the ICP. If the accuracy of the results and the pricing is more important than the time you should consider ICP1999 as an option.
