ID confirmation + microscopy

My assumption is that this is cyano. I just wanted to be sure with second opinions.

Tank is currently 5 months old. No corals, just two clowns and some inverts.

If this is cyano, trying to decide on a course of action or let it ride for some time as there are many differing opinions on how to handle cyano and what causes it.
