ID Help Please

I have 2 issues that I am in need of advice;

1. What I thought was a Green Flourescent Mushroom (thats what I was told) turns out that may not be what it is after researching on the web, please help with the ID.
2. After being gone for 5 days (had friend looking after tank) I came home to it closed up and after 2 days has yet to open, need advice on what to look for.

Phos - 0

GSP and give it time.I had them close up on me for more then 2 weeks and came back just fine.They are pretty hard to kill
