This guy popped up on a plug. Wasn’t there awhile ago. I had to zoom in but it has green tips. I have a torch coral in the tank. Nothing else looks like it. Suggestions???

Looks like a baby euphyllia of some kind. You mentioned you had a torch. Good news / bad news - euphyllia can reproduce asexually. Bad news is that they often do it when under extreme stress - kind of a last ditch effort at survival. It doesn't mean that IS the case. I'd just watch both: parent to ensure he's happy and healthy. The new guy to make sure he is in fact a baby torch and not something unwanted.

I'd wait a while and let him mature a bit but then you can transplant him to a plug. I'd also keep him near where he is as he was able to establish himself there so conditions must be conducive to health.
