Second one is red valonia. Not a good thing.

So frustrated, only new to hobby and feel lfs saw me coming , first off my first 2 fish had lymphocystis (I think ), then sold me trisulfa tablets to medicate which caused a 2nd cycle and now this , which seems only answer is remove rock completely , grrrr I’m angry now , but thanks

Learning curve friend. We all
been there.

Sounds crazy , but you can take all that rock out , scrub it, an put it bac in.
Likely won’t even take that long.
 
So are both pics the same algae ?
No, I belive the first one is a macro algae. But I can’t be sure.
There are a couple types of valonia.

Were I you. I’d scrub and wash with peroxide , then Vibrant the tank.

Don’t feel too bad you have some beautiful coraline alge on your rocks. I am jelly
