It grows very slowly but is super striking in person and I can out wait for it to grow out. Any idea what it might be?

I go with Highgrade & Salty1962 as a Tenius, My Matrix has darker polyps and stands out on the Blue.

I agree. The coralites look wrong for the matrix as well.
