I got a freebie at the AquaSD live sale. I saw it but now I can't find it, What is it?

So, Aqua SD is great, they got back with me and identified it as: "It's a favia coral, platygyra :)", now i have. to copy that into my records so when i forget i can look it up!

Favia and Platygyra are two completely different species, they’re not even in the same family. They’re both sold as ‘brain corals’, but they’re not the same thing. I would guess what you got is a Platygyra as I’m not seeing well defined individual polyps. Platygyra has sort of a maze like pattern and doesn’t have well defined, individually walled polyps like Favia does.

i believe you are absolutely correct, i closely resembles Platygyra lamellina, the AquaSd rep called it a favia because they lump them in with the favias.
