Thanks, another question...why does my ric seem to be regurgitating some brown slimmy stuff from time to time?

also, i read that i should feed the ric, how and what do i feed it?

Thats what they do when they're stressed out. They expell zoanthelle. (sp)

thats not good...besides water parameters, what else could stress them out? too much/little light, too much/little flow, hungry?
