Euphyllia glabrescens, but I'm sure the seller has some creative name to squeeze more money out.

Do you know if they are good, bad or just average ?
What do you mean? Torch corals are lovely, can be quite tricky at times also they can't touch other corals as they are aggressive. If you want something similar which is easier I would recommend a Duncan, or hammer coral

Like, holy grails are expensive and sort after however a basic green and blue tip torch is cheaper and there are more around, so where would you place this one. I have got a hammer, I’ve never really liked Duncan’s, I don’t know why ‍♂️

I don't go for "hype" corals. A holy grail torch is still the same torch as any other just a different colour. If you like how this torch looks then I would get it, price doesn't seems too high but I don't know about pricing where you are but where I live I would say that's standard from a store
