Lots of these guys appearing on my back glass
Have been cultivating and adding my own pods I’m hoping this is the result of that hundreds of them crawling about at night in various sizes

Not a great pic but can just about make out the shape

I can just about make out the shape. Looks like copepods to me

The picture is a little hard to make out but it definitely looks like copepods.
