Can anyone tell me what this is please? I noticed a couple of weeks ago. Hasn't got any bigger. Ignore the bluish tint that my camera insists on picking up, it appears whitish to the eye. Notice that the ends of the arms seems to have little nodes on them. They look like little balls or pom poms to the eye. Any ideas?
