Not positive about the toadstool, but I'm pretty sure you are right about the flowerpot. Good luck with that thing. I've never heard of anyone keeping them for long. Apparently they like their water a good bit harder than other corals. We bought a rescue (we always like to do that) not knowing the details, and while it wont completely die so I can just toss it already, it also wont grow, won't open, and just kinda sits there glowing neon green. Jerk.
 
Yeah my lfs said it wouldn't be hard to keep up but I was reading on it and saw that they were a bit hard to keep after a few months but it's growing very little and seems to be doing fine
