Can someone tell me what this is

Some type of tongue ?
And if someone can ID for me. Can they tell me if it stings other corals as a Tracky that's near by has a bit of a sting I think

Does anyone know if they send out stingers or does something have to touch it , I say this as its much bigger at night and is very close to the tricky when it does that
 
Also check out Polyphillia talpina. If the Trachy is touching or very close it could be getting stung. Remember that both of those corals are fleshy and that flesh can expand. If you can I would just move one of them over a little bit more.
