I started my tank with all dry rock(mostly real reef rock),i have alot of these little inverts all over my tank,(hard to see in photo)i am referring to the small flowerlike animals on the rock,i am sure they are not troublesome i was just wondering what they were and if they could have possibly survived on dry rock?

really tuff to say... could be a sponge, but could be aptasia or some other pest anemone. Might even be feather dusters, but I'm thinking not as I don't see a calcified worm tube. A better pic would help tremendously.
