Can some ID this, some type of star polyp. Started growing for a few months on a piece of live rock I had for years

Clearer pic? It looks like clove polyps but a clearer picture would help confirm

Thanks, I thought they are, but wasn't for sure cause I don't have any clove polyps in my tank. Just appeared out of no where

Almost looks like an encrusting gorgonian, a Briareum species possibly.
