I asked the guy at the LFS what it is, at first I thought it was a superman monti, he said 'it could be' which surprised me as the LFS isn't a run of the mill chain store and I've always considered this particular person to be knowledgeable. Looking at it now I'd say rainbow monti? It's my first ever monti so.... Does it need super high flow like acros?

I would go mid to low on the light. High light will make polyps look all green. Mid to low will give you the rainbow looking polyps. Obviously depending on what light you are using to determine high or low light.

Looking back to your reefing roots: Did you start with Instant Ocean salt?
