Curious - it would help if you put some kind of arrow/circle around what you're trying to ID. Maybe a description - this is about x inches long - when/how it showed up, etc. I cant tell if you mean the red/orange things in the front (which I think you do) , the blurry black and gray stuff blob (that I'm guessing is a snail with sand on it?:)
