ID please

The first 2 pics are the same one. Picture is terrible, but it is white and the tips are a neon greenish blue color. It is usually out more, but can't ID it so I don't know what it needs! The second one looks like some kid of mushroom but not sure, same there, not sure what it needs until I know what it is. Even then, I'll take feedback ;)
