Hi Guys

A little help if you wouldn't mind. I have seen these advertised as Purple Tipped Anemone's but I am unable to find any information online for that term.

Any idea what it is please?

Looks like a Long Tentacle Anemone to me. There are many varieties of colors in that species.

Where are they advertising?
Is it a temperate anemone?

Local Gumtree sale, I don't know what is is other than the above info
Have requested the sellers numbers and lighting schedule

Where are you located? Sometimes that may help to determine what species it is. I agree with others, it could be a temperate species (the rocks they are attached to hint at it). It doesn't look like a clownfish hosting species.

We live in the west midlands and there‘s some strong accents around here. It doesn’t happen often but sometimes I haven‘t a clue what has just been said to me. When you’ve asked someone to repeat themselves twice you cant really ask a third time can you?
Looks like a Snakelocks anemone to me (Atlantic species).
Almost definitely a Snakelocks then. Head down to rock pools at low tide in East York’s. You will see loads of Snakelocks nems. (Try Flamborough)

Cheers guys. Will leave it then
