ID this Coral

I got this today at my LFS for $20. Anyone know what type of coral it is? The white base looks like it's soft but it's actually a hard coral.

Looks like a euphyllia, of the branching frogspawn variety but hard to tell

It's already opened up a little bit more. I'm excited about this find. The neon green center is amazing :-)
