Looks like a juvenile leopard wrasse.

Thanks. I just added to my 125. she eats the frozen mysis shrimp and seems happy. The care on some websites state expert only. Hmmm. I ain't no expert.
 
Google first, buy second :)

I don't have experience with this particular wrasse. Not sure about what makes this one harder to keep than others.
 
It is hard to keep because they usually only eat copepods you were very lucky to get one eating frozen, so it will be a very easy fish for you
 
It only gets 4" long so it will be perfect for it just keep it well feed
